Rodger's Debute

Anyone sick and tired of hearing about Brett Farve? Me too. Aaron Rodgers will be a good quarterback in the NFL. He was battling with Alex Smith for the first overall pick after dropping down to the 24th pick to the Packers. Arm Strength, smarts, mobility, and the intangibles that are needed to be a successful quarterback. Hopefully the Madden curse does live up to its billing and Farve has a horrible season. No QB is bigger than the game. Not Joe Montana. Not Tom Brady. Certainly not Brett Farve. Sure he is a remarkable QB no one can debate that, yet it is time to hang it up Brett. Please prove me wrong, yet Rodgers deserves his chance. He has waited out his entire rookie contract and has still not played a game. Now that iron man is out of the scene, he has his chance. His first pre-season debut went pretty well. The interception was not his fault and the TD was a great play by Jones. I look for Rodgers to lead the Pack to a great season; might not make the playoffs last season but they certainly will challenge the week NFC North for the division title. Questions and comments!

College Football

Michigan

Can Rich Rodriguez really make the transition? He already has offended many by not selecting captains to the team. The Michigan faithful really does not deal with much. He has to change the pro style offense of the old to his new spread offense. Michigan's QB of the future has left in Ryan Mallett. Who is next? The Buckeyes already have their QB to run their spread offense. Post Comments and Questions!
